Kitchen safety


Ham bahut se suraksha ke bare me jante hain. Surakshit kaise raha jaye ye bhi jante hain. Par bahut baar ham chhoti chhoti baaton ko ignore kar dete hain. Par chhoti chhoti laparwahi me hi bahut bada durghatna chhupa rahta hain.

Soap solution thik usi tarah hota hain. Jis tarah cycle ke tube ka puncher check kiya jata hain. Tube ko pani me dubo kar check kiya jata hain. Jaha se bulbula nikalta ho.

Waha par puncher banaya jata hain. Thik usi tarah LPG ka pipe check karne ke liye soap solution ka upyog kiya jata hain. Ek dabba me surf ka pani ko mila kar rakh le. Use LPG ke hose pipe par lagane se jaha bhi leakage hoga.

Waha se surf ka bulbula niklega. Is se pata chal jayega ki hose pipe me leakage kaha hain. Ek baar pata chal jaye to ham aaram se connector laga kar use thik kar sakte hain.

Hamesha dhyan rakhe ki jaha par khana banaya ja raha ho. Waha se LPG cylinder lagbhag teen meter ki duri par rahe. Wo bhi khule jagah par. Agar galti se cylinder me aag pakad bhi le to ghabrana nahi chahiye. Cylinder ke andar me gas ka dabao itna jyada hota hain ki aag jyaldi gas tak nahi pahuch sakta hain.

Aag cylinder ke bahar hi jalega. Agar aag bujhane nahi aata ho to cylinder ko utha kar khule jagah par le jaye. Aisa jagah jaha par kisi tarah koi bhi jaan wo maal ka nuksan na ho. Aag lagne ke baad agar cylinder blast bhi hota hoga.

Par iske liye paryapt samay bhi lagta hain. Jitne der me risque operation bhi kiya ja sakta hain. Ye kaam ham kisi dande ke madad se kar sakte hain. Aaram se dande ko cylinder ke ring me phasa kar bahar rakh sakte hain.

Aag bujhne ka sab se bada karan air supply ko rokna hain. Jab hawa ka maujudgi khatm ho jayega to aag khud ba khud bujh jayega. Hamesha yaad rakhna chahiye ki aag jalne ke liye teen chijon ka milna jaruri hain.

Sab se pahla indhan dusra oxygen aur tisra taap matab heat. Jab ye teeno pratikul matra me aapas me milta hain. Tabhi aag jalta hain. Ham cylinder ke upar kisi mote bore ko rakh kar oxygen ke supply ko rok dete hain. Jis se aag bujh jata hain.

Isi tarah jab khana bana rahe ho aur kadhai ka tel bahut jyada garm ho kar aag pakad le to us sthiti me ham kya kar sakte hain. Agar khana banate samay kadhai me aag pakad le.

To Sab se pahle gas ke supply ko band kar de. Uske baad ek bartan me surf ka pani le aur use tel ke andar daal de. Is se tel me bulbula niklega aur aag bujh jayega. Kabhi bhi aag bujhane ke liye sidhe pani ka upyog na kare.

Kyu ki tel ke sthiti me pani niche chala jayega aur tel upar aa jayega. Is se koi fayada nahi hoga. Par surf ka pani tel me jhaag bana dega. Jis se tel aur oxygen ka sampark toot jayega aur aag aasani se bujh jayega.

Ho sake to kitchen room me chhota wala foam type fire extinguisher jarur rakhe. Is se tel ka aag bujhane me madad milega. Dry carbon powder wale fire extinguisher se LPG cylinder me lage aag ko bujhaya ja sakta hain. Hose pipe ko tight karne ke liye jubilee clamp ka upyog kare.

Sab se jaruri jab bhi apna LPG cylinder exchange kare to cylinder ka expire date jarur dekhe. Cylinder ka expire date kaise check kare ham apne lekh me bata chuke hain.
